This Is It is a luxury catamaran yacht launched by Tecnomar in 2024. This is a brand new charter that’s already winning awards for its innovative layout and premium features. History

This Is It just hit the market, but she’s already winning a ton of accolades. In 2024, the yacht was nominated in four categories at the International Yacht and Aviation Awards. It was also up for the best displacement motor yacht at the World Superyacht Awards. Then, the Robb Report named her the winner in their Best Catamaran category.

Tecnomar reached a new dimension when they added this motor catamaran to their fleet. It made its world premiere at the 2023 Monaco Yacht Show and received immediate acclaim. This design is special because it completely reimagines the conventional catamaran layout. There’s an array of onboard features as well as bold asymmetries and a powerful, eye catching silhouette. There’s also an emphasis on nature thanks to the striking windows that span 600 square meters.

Industry experts praised the design for being more in line with residential architecture than traditional yacht design. The exterior lines are so fluid and soft that they evoke images of glorious sea creatures.

While the result is impressive, the building team has said that this model was particularly challenging for many reasons. For instance, using so much glass means they had to carefully think about things like dimensions and weight control. They also had to be strategic when using aluminum to build the curved shape of the yacht’s superstructure.

Their work paid off. This Is It has become an instant classic. Its unique layout is both private and convivial with plenty of space to socialize. You’ll also find several decks, flexible exteriors and even a vertical garden.

Interiors

So much thought went into this yacht’s exteriors that they had to do something really special for the interiors, too. The Italian Sea Group handled both tasks and their signature style is evident throughout each space.

You’ll have enough room to accommodate 12 guests as well as 13 crew members. The six cabins are beautifully decorated in a modern style that’s elegant, yet relaxing.

Notice all of the gold details as you walk around. They’re everywhere, including the chair legs, interior bar and chandelier. This gives a sense of luxury and opulence to each space. You’ll also be impressed by the large, polarized glass in the galley room. It’s the perfect space for hosting events and special programs like show cooking.

In addition to the floor to ceiling windows, the interiors also benefit from lots of natural materials. The designers used leather, oak, teak, and gray marble to bring each room alive. Inspired by automotive design, they even incorporated a synthetic suede like material called Alcantara.
