Eacos

Eacos

The Italian shipyard Tecnomar launched Eacos in 2003. It’s a 26-meter motor yacht that cruises around Italy’s Mediterranean coast. Some of her best features include a fast cruising speed, premium onboard amenities and a shallow draft. She holds eight people which makes her ideal for a family or group of friends who want to see the Amalfi Coast in style.

Dimensions & Performance

Eacos is 26.01 meters or 85’4” in length. She’s a luxury open yacht based on the brand’s Madras 26 model. Her hull and superstructure are made out of a material called glass reinforced plastic. You might also see this called GRP. It’s a super strong kind of plastic that’s also very lightweight. This makes Eacos dynamic on the water but ensures the onboard experience is smooth and steady.

This performance yacht cruises comfortably at 30 knots but you can push her a little more if you’re up for a thrill. Her maximum speed is 44 knots, which is impressive for a yacht of her size. One of the best things about this boat is her shallow draft. It’s a little over one meter deep so you have room to explore even more of your surroundings.

Let the crew know if you see a beautiful cove or a sheltered bay because you can anchor very close to those spots overnight. Imagine waking up and sipping coffee in your own private paradise without another soul around.

Manufacturer

Tecnomar is one of the biggest names in the Italian yachting industry. They’ve delivered more than 300 yachts to date and have plans to build many more. As part of the Italian Sea Group, they have a global presence and access to some of the world’s best architects, designers and engineers.

They have five models in their current fleet. They span from 20 meters to 47.35 meters long. In addition to motor yachts, they also build catamarans. All but one of their models are made out of aluminum or aluminum alloy. One of their most popular models is the Technomar, which Tecnomar exclusively designed for Lamborghini. This carbon fiber yacht is inspired by the styling featured in Lamborghini sports cars and can reach unprecedented speeds of up to 63 knots.

Amenities & Recreation

One of the best ways to explore your cruising region is to put the anchor down and get out on the water. With Eacos’ shallow draft, you’re free to explore almost any area you see. Then, there are lots of gorgeous places to rest and relax when you’re not out on the water.

This family charter has glistening wood paneling throughout the interior, including the bathrooms. The deck is long and spacious with plenty of room to stretch out and soak up the sun.

Eacos is ready to charter for the summer or winter season. She cruises around the Mediterranean and hits hotspots like Italy’s Amalfi Coast.
