  • How does Yacht.com™'s E-mail forwarding work?

    Yacht.com™'s forwarding service lets you pick a distinctive, easy-to-remember E-mail address for yourself. We then forward E-mail sent to your Yacht.com™ address onwards to your existing home, work or other E-mail inbox.

  • How much does it cost?

    Use of Yacht.com™'s E-mail forwarding is free for a year. If, after a year, you are satisfied with your address, you may choose to re-register and continue using the service for $27 per year. You are under no obligation to continue your membership after your free year, and you may cancel at any time.

  • Can I use any name?

    In general, you can use any name you want @Yacht.com, as long as nobody has already taken it. We ask, however, that you not choose a name that exactly matches the name of any recreational marine industry companies, as this may be confusing to others. Certain names are only available to premium accountholders and will cost a little bit more after your free trial is over. Yacht.com™ E-mail addresses are NOT case-sensitive.

  • What if I change jobs or change my ISP?

    You can take your Yacht.com™ E-mail address with you. Simply log in to Yacht.com™ and update your profile with your new E-mail address as provided by your ISP or employer. We'll start forwarding your Yacht.com™ E-mail to your new address immediately.

  • What if I have problems with the service?

    If you have any problems with the service, please contact Yacht.com™ customer support.

  • How can I encourage my contacts to send mail to my Yacht.com™ address?

    It's easy! Just change the Reply-To address that is included in all of your outgoing email messages. That way your contacts will automatically send to your Yacht.com™ address when they reply to your messages. Over time, most of them will update their address books, either manually or automatically, to reflect your new address. You may need to send a specific request to stragglers!
